Home Benefits Plus will furnish envelope inserts to be mailed to its members and additionally the marketing department will receive a CD of finished artwork. The CD contains an envelope insert, a brochure and a poster. The design and text are complete. All the credit union has to do is have their printer insert the credit union’s logo and it’s ready to be printed. Home Benefits Plus will create a web site within the credit union’s web site by creating pages that explain the program. Each page is displayed in the credit union’s corporate colors and displays the credit union’s logo. This look gives the credit union ownership of the program and allows the members to stay in the credit union’s website. The members will also have access to a significant amount of real estate related information that will help them when they are buying and selling. Marketing is a vitally important ingredient in the recipe for a successful real estate rebate and referral program. When the members understand and remember that they are entitled to a rebate benefit, they will definitely take advantage of it when they buy and sell their home.
