THE HOME BENEFITS PLUS PROGRAMThe Home Benefits Plus program is a national credit union program that partners with your credit union to improve your 1st mortgage production and rebate 25% of the real estate commissions to your members. We refer each member, who is buying or selling, to your mortgage department at the time we assign the member their local Realtor. When your members call our toll free number to initiate the program, we call your mortgage department with their name and telephone number so you can immediately assist them with the 1st mortgage loan. Home Benefits Plus takes the guess work out of the home buying or home selling experience by coordinating the Real Estate transaction with an experienced sales associate from our network of carefully screened relocation Real Estate agents. The Home Benefits Plus consultant monitors the progress of the member’s transaction, assuring their satisfaction throughout the process. And best of all, the members will receive a 25% rebate on the real estate commissions when buying or selling their home. Here is an example of how the program works. You are buying a $300,000 home and using a Realtor referred to you by Home Benefits Plus. The commission would typically be $9,000 (3% of $300,000.) You would receive a 25% rebate on the commission, therefore you would receive a rebate of $2,250. Home Benefits Plus refers a Realtor to you to handle the sale of your existing $250,000 home. The commission would typically be $7,500 (3% of $250,000.) You would receive a 25% rebate on the commissions, therefore you would receive a rebate of $1,875. This means in the two examples you would receive a total rebate of $4,125.00 This significant financial windfall motivates the members to call our toll free number. Once they call us we call you. This timely information will increase your loan production. Our Relocation and Corporate Services Department implements the program
and contacts participating network brokers in the communities where
the members live. We offer a national Real Estate network that has offices
in over 20,000 communities throughout the United States. |
